Year 4 investigate states of matter

Year 4 have started their Science Learning - States of Matter.

This week they have been introduced to the criteria for identifying a material as a solid, a liquid or a gas. Today their scientific vocabulary was tested when they had to explain shaving foam, toothpaste and jelly. Lots of fun and also lots of excellent scientific conversation. Well done Year 4 Scientists!
