Primary Engineer Vehicle Programme

Year 4 began their Design technology topic today.  They are taking part in a Primary Engineer programme, that involves appreciating the history of vehicle transport and being inspired by the work of real pioneers who have contributed to our modes of transport today.  They are also being given opportunities to learn and practise practical skills, to create an electrically powered vehicle.  Today they began work on the chassis, and had to measure carefully and use a saw to cut exact lengths of wood.   Excellent teamwork and skills, Year 4.
