Year 4 try chess!

Year 4 had their first Chess lesson yesterday - and everyone tried hard to understand the different chess pieces, and where they should be placed to start the game.

We are hoping that we can encourage more children to take up this board game, which encourages problem solving, and tactical thinking. Well done, Year 4.
